Shoulder dislocation is something that can happen in the tunnel. From my experience I can tell you that it is very very painful. When happened once, the bowl of the shoulder joint is damaged and cause easy following dislocations
I was lucky that I found a shoulder professor close by. She explained with the x ray pictures where the bowl of my shoulder joint was damaged. The solution was “Latarjet” surgery. Healing is about 3-4 months and she promised me that the joint would never come out again. I can agree, as since recovery I made many flights and my shoulder feels good and strong.
