Helmets
First timers often fly with a cheap helmet and plastic goggles. While flying you see funny faces and when they are finished the imprint of the goggles in their faces remain for the rest of the day.
Flying with a good helmet is a must for a pro flyer. I have chosen the Cookie helmet. It suits me well. There are other good helmets on the market. Check them out and make your choice.

The third flight I made I bought a Cookie Helmet. I didn’t like the funny faces when you are flying with goggles only. Once back in the Netherlands I ordered a nice suit, not tight but also without the handles as on the beginner suits. Later after I made some progress I bought a very tight suit custom made to my sizes. The suit fits so well that it take some time to put it on and taking it off will need more time, sometimes 10 minutes. But it flies fantastic. Later I bought a standard size slim suit. Putting on and takeing off is much more easy and it flies same. A few years ago I had custom made earplugs , the best noice cancellation when in the tunnel. Finally I have a pair of sporting shoes which I keep exclusively for use in the tunnel.

As a proflyer, beginner or experienced, you need a suitable tunnel suit. There are many manufacturers around the world. There are also different models available such as beginner suits, standard slim suits and custom made to your size. The better and slimmer the suit, the better it performs.
I discovered “Intrudair” early when I was looking for a good tunnel suit. Other suppliers had delivery times up to 13 weeks while Intrudair offered to supply within 6 weeks. The first suite I ordered completely met my expectations. Later I ordered a slim suit and chose a print I liked. See above. It fits very tight and flies very well. In the mean time I ordered a standard slim suit black with a fancy left arm. Delivery ex stock. So I am very happy with Intrudair
